Xiaomi also introduced two ecosystem products, Mi Handheld Vacuum Cleaner 1C – a powerful cordless home-cleaning assistant, and Mi Smart Compact Projector – a home entertainment device that offers a truly immersive viewing experience.

Prices and availability
Redmi Note 9S will be available first in Southeast Asian markets including Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand, while its availability and price information in other markets will be announced accordingly.
Malaysia:
Starting from March 27, Redmi Note 9S will be available in Malaysia, first via Lazada. The 4GB+64GB version will be retailed at RM 799, whereas the 6GB+128GB version at RM 899.
In conjunction with Lazada’s 8th Birthday Sale campaign on March 27, the 4GB+64GB version will be available for a special price of RM 699 through a flash sales deal.
Singapore:
On March 27, Redmi Note 9S will be available in Singapore, first via Lazada. The 4GB+64GB version will be retailed at SGD 299 whereas the 6GB+128GB version at SGD 349.
Along with Lazada’s 8th Birthday Sale campaign on March 27, the 4GB+64GB version will be available for a special price at SGD 249 during a flash sales deal.
Vietnam:
The device will be available through Mobile World and Lazada starting from March 27, at 5,490,000 VND for 4GB+64GB, and 5,990,000 VND for 6GB+128GB.
On March 27, during Lazada Birthday campaign, Xiaomi will be having one day of flash sale, at 4,990,000 VND for 4GB+64GB. Meanwhile, Mobile World will start a pre-order offer at 5,490,000 VND, plus a 6 months screen repair warranty, and a 0% installment for 6GB + 64GB version from March 27 to April 2.
Thailand:
On its first sales on March 27 during Lazada Birthday campaign, Redmi Note 9S, 4GB + 64GB, will be priced at 5,999 Baht with a free Mi Smart Band 4 (1,299 Baht), a drop from 6,499 Baht.
The 6GB+128GB version will be priced at 7,999 Baht with its first sales during Mi Fan Festival on April 7, through online and offline channels including COM7, TG FONE, JAYMART, and Authorized Mi Stores.
Mi Handheld Vacuum Cleaner 1C
Mi Handheld Vacuum Cleaner 1C offers an effortless cleaning experience with a portable and cord-free design.
This new device retains the powerful DC brushless motor that can spin up to 100,000 rpm from its predecessor, but with an upgraded maximum suction power of 120AW.
An intricate 5-step filtration system includes an advanced multi-cyclone separation system and a H12-class HEPA filter, enables Mi Handheld Vacuum Cleaner 1C to capture 99.97% of dust particles as small as 0.3 microns in size while ensuring only clean air is released.
